The beginning…

Brent and Amy Tkaczyk, founders of Adventure Camper Rentals LLC (ACR) bring a lifetime of teaching, coaching, building, and system-driven problem-solving to Adventure Camper Rentals. Married with two sons in their 20s, they have always approached every project—whether coaching athletes, building homes, or running a business—with structure, purpose, and a hands-on philosophy. Those same values now define the heart of ACR.

Brent spent 26 years at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy as a teacher and a head coach of the Cross Country and Track & Field programs. With his first degree in Building Design, he naturally thinks in terms of systems, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Under his leadership, the Coe-Brown program earned 30 State Championships and produced dozens of individual state champions, achievements built on clear routines, high standards, and a culture of excellence.

Amy worked for many years as an Occupational Therapy practitioner at SAU 44 (Northwood and Strafford), where she specialized in helping individuals build skills through step-by-step guidance. She also coached the local youth cross country and track programs—the “feeder” system for Coe-Brown—where her patient, encouraging teaching style helped young athletes develop confidence and resilience.

Throughout their coaching and teaching years, Brent and Amy worked together to design team apparel, plaques, awards, and organizational systems that strengthened their programs. Their shared entrepreneurial spirit extended into home building as well—along with their sons, they built and sold multiple homes, deepening their skills in planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

All of these experiences ultimately shaped the creation of Adventure Camper Rentals, which they launched in 2021 with a single camper and a vision for offering a better rental experience rooted in clarity, support, and genuine care. Five years later, ACR has expanded to 15 units, powered by the same thoughtful, systems-based philosophy that guided them throughout their careers.

At ACR, Brent and Amy have developed and refined a complete set of streamlined systems designed to make every renter feel confident and prepared:

  • Hands-on teaching for first-time renters

  • Step-by-step checklists for towing, setup, safety, and breakdown

  • Detailed unit-specific maintenance systems

  • Meticulous cleaning and disinfecting routines before each rental

Amy’s mother, Jan, is an essential part of maintaining ACR’s high standards. No camper leaves the property until it passes the Tkaczyk family test: “We don’t send it out unless we would stay in it ourselves.” This ensures every renter receives a camper that is spotless, comfortable, and ready for adventure.

Above all, Brent and Amy’s goal is to offer exceptional customer service and to treat every renter like family. This commitment is reflected in their consistent 5-star reviews, which highlight the care, communication, and personalized support that set Adventure Camper Rentals apart.

Across every chapter of their lives—coaching, teaching, building, creating, and entrepreneurship—Brent and Amy have remained dedicated to helping people feel capable, confident, and excited for what's ahead. Adventure Camper Rentals is the culmination of decades of experience and a shared passion for empowering others to enjoy the outdoors with ease and peace of mind.
